Exactly! Everytime you work with an 'outsider' (contractor, outsourcer, 
consultant, etc.), you have a risk evaluation to do.
You either trust them, or you don't.
If you don't, then keep it in-house.
BUT! Even that is a risk due to disgruntled employees.
