There is a way in DSLIST, or ISPF EDIT.
Make the single CANCEL Key (EDIT) the following:
==> CANCEL;;
Where ';' is your logical ENTER key (';' is the default).
You can do the same with DSLIST -- I just can't remember if the format is the
same.
