Try dsntype=large for the output file - if that is set up in SMS. The other thing that comes to mind is if you make the output file multivolume (most probably that has to have been set up, too). And once you've managed this, make sure you have the ptfs on amaterse (and later ftp) that allow the large primary allocation ..... (look for dsntype=large in IBMs database).
