Format-1 CCWs have been supported by EXCP for some time. To enable
their use, simply turn on bit IOBEFMT1 in the IOB extension (mapped by
IOSDIOBE).
While you're at it, you might also wish to "play around" with 64-bit
IDAWs, enabled via bit IOBEEIDA, used for I/O areas above the bar.
