You sure about the GRSRNL=EXCLUDE? That's the way we run with MIM only
since we don't use GRS for global serialization. Didn't you just go
through RNL customization?

Well, the answer from CA to my problem is to use GRSRNL=EXCLUDE. I don't
really want to, but that is just likely my own hang up. <sigh> Now to
put in a PCR and figure out what I need to change in MIM to implement
this. Thankfully, this is a very intermittent problem, not a chronic
one.
