I have never seen an 'unsuccessful' DR test.
The project management spin always states the test was a success, regardless of 
the outcome.

I was involved in one where not a single database was successfully restored, no 
batch or online scripts ran.
But, because we had a clean IPL, the test was a success.

I was even brought up on the carpet for calling the test a failure.
