Point being that the original question did not clearly address those issues, or what we perceived the issues could be. So, the OP might want to better understand what the auditor really wants.
Or, better yet, the auditor needs to learn how to ask better questions :-) The method in my madness is to somehow get real value out of an audit rather than just produce a bunch of meaningless reports. Let's face it, coming up with a good answer to a good question is often a good thing for the shop, IMHO.
