The company I was downsized from last year actually had a policy against using your corporate id to post on discussion forums. They were afraid that you were expressing opinions as representatives of the corporation. All of those had to go through corporate communications and legal. The didn't think the tag disclaimer was relevant, or enforcable (which I agree with).
