Thanks to Arthur, Mark, and a few others I believe you will all find this is resolved. They provided some useful clues and have tested the resolution. Thanks guys for letting me know! I added a new directory through the Plesk Control panel for a web user an open source tool developer to send some files privately to someone having an issue. An errant option was enabled that provided support for the format [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of http://www.cbttape.org/~xyz/ Apparently the support is accomplished using Javascript. Turning it off globally eliminated the redirection and JavaScript presentation to visitors.
