when I want to check the service level of a module, I look in SMP/E. The latter
shows HBB7740 as LASTUPD for
the LMOD entry, and HBB7740 for the MOD entry.
But you are correct, browsing the module in the library shows HBB7707, which
indicates that the LMOD didn't change ever since.
