Yes, and I do as well, as I always have a big moment of trepidation
before hitting the enter key on a full refresh, wondering who's going to
stop working because they "weren't ready" to activate it yet. 

But I was just curious as the performance aspects, even though I didn't
word my reply clearly enough.  The post I was replying to indicated that
there was still a performance impact and my zos guys think that impact
has become nonexistant over the past few releases.

I prefer to use the parmlib member to limit the scope (and possible
fallout) of updates to linklist but that just may be my conservative
nature. If you are the only one in the kitchen, you can be sure that no
one else is cooking another dish.
