No, to the best of my knowledge, management is looking at the fact that only
Tech Services (and some "minor" production use) is using SAS and it is very
expensive. Our 2009 budget is being cut by 16 MILLION dollars from the 2008
budget. SAS is a luxury that we can no longer afford.

Whomever is using SAS must determine, themselves, how to do the functions
which SAS is now doing for them.
