I don't think you missed anything of importance.
However, some shops may be a bit like mine. With a reserved LPAR, there is
no name showing on the HMC. If there is a name on the HMC, then two things
can occur: The operator is confused ("What is this BOZO icon for????).
Secondly, the operator tries to use the wrong LPAR, get confused and enters
a sev 1 problem at 02:00 on Sunday, which wakes me up in a very bad mood.
