You don't need any other products to do this. Use this process: Use IRRDBU00 to unload the RACF database into a flat file.
Build the DB2 tables with SYS1.SAMPLIB(RACDBUTB). Load the flat file into DB2 with SYS1.SAMPLIB(RACDBULD).
