The obvious ways are:
1. Route CP SPOOL files to a virtual card reader.
2. Use RSCS
In the latter case you'll want a virtual CTCA between the MVS and RSCS
virtual machines. If you want to be able to get output back to the
submitting user, then RSCS is the way to go, unless you're willing to
instal JES2 mods to tag the printed/punched output.
