  The 30D abend is due to RTM noticing that the memory termination
TCB for the the terminating address space does not appear to be 
progressing, so it Abterms the task with a 30D.  The 0F4 which
follows suggests that the wait was in a data management resource
manager, possibly something to do with PDSE processing. 

  After terminating the data management resouce manager, memory 
termination proceeded and completed, so then you got the
IEF743I CICSRTT1 FORCED - CODE SA22 - IN ADDRESS SPACE 00C0
