We implemented dynamic, aeons ago, in the following manner: 1. Assign one alias to each volume (we had enough at the time). 2. Turn dynamic PAVs on in the IODF. 3. Turn on I/O Priority Management under WLM (we had to wait until disconnect was no longer part of velocity), and adjust velocities accordingly. 4. Finally, turn on dynamic in the WLM.
