Sure hope that this "enhancement" will be implemented as option-configurable
to ensure some choice for "prior behavior" opportunity, for whatever reason
may come about.
What prior behavior are you thinking of that would no longer occur
once this enhancement is made?
The current sequence is:
1) HRECALL the File(s)
2) Run IEFBR14
3) HDELETE the File(s)
With the enhancement, step 1 is not done since it is wasted
processing because at Step End, the HDELETE is going to occur.
