That's uncalled for. Since this thread is about CA-1 and tape
management, that's REALLY uncalled for. Russ Witt and the CA-1 team
provide EXCELLENT SUPPORT for an EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

I notice that you did not respond to the 'charge too much' part of the
statement. :)

I did not comment on the "charge too much" because I don't know what CA
charges for CA-1. I've done many CA-1 to RMM conversions, but I also have a
number of clients who are satisfied with the job that CA-1 is doing and its
cost. In my work for those clients, I have found CA-1 support to be
excellent, among what I would consider to be the best in the industry.
