Perhaps it's just ServiceLink that has stopped. I just logged in
successfully, but got this when I tried to browse my ETRs:

ATTENTION! - ServiceLink access stopped on July 2, 2009.
Access to ServiceLink via the VM mode (green screen) has been removed
on July 2, 2009. ServiceLink is only available through the Internet at
www.ibm.com/ibmlink
If you have not yet accessed ServiceLink from the web, you will need
to create an IBM ID in order to access ServiceLink on the web. There
is a "register now" link available at the www.ibm.com/ibmlink site to
self-register for an IBM ID. Once you have your IBM ID, contact your
Customer Service Administrator (CSA) to complete the registration
process, so you can access the ServiceLink applications at
www.ibm.com/ibmlink
If you need assistance in creating the new IBM ID or using ServiceLink
on the Internet, contact the IBMLink Help Desk at 1-800-543-3912.
