Some people seem to think they are going to get something for nothing. IBM
provides specialty engines for limited purposes. Does anyone really believe
they will purchase a specialty engine at reduced cost and then be able use it
to run unlimited work? Specialty engines do not count against aggregated CPU
capacity. Does anyone really believe that every other vendor (including IBM)
will allow their products to run on specialty engines without paying an upgrade
fee?
