I have never found reliable pricing information of the various SoftwareXcel features. It was hard enough finding ANY information on them.

Supposedly if you do this you get a break (10%?) on the hardware side. The savings on the hardware easily pays for the SwXcel features (at least for one user anyway. We were able to save a bundle by getting prices for the individual components.
