If you don't have an active SFM policy (which I don't know why any shop would
not create one) you will get this message and it does not indicate an error.  

I haven't consulted full time for 7 years now, but back when I did, I was at
several shops running sysplexes that had no SFM policy.   Now at least there
is a health check to prod shops into creating one if they haven't.
