  So what. 100% of x86 implemented in millicode should still run the
software. Maybe not always as fast a silicon, but the functionality is
the point.

  And, yes John, there might be patent and license implications. I was
asking about the possibility, not the likelihood or legality. And, don't
those same concerns apply to however zVOS works?
