I'll have to try this with a downloaded copy of the patch and a
fresh copy of the zip31b directory when I have a few free minutes.
There should be no rejects - this suggests to me that something is out
of sync.
It seems like either the patch is defective, or there's some other
maintenance in the directory that clashes with it. I'll let you know as
soon as I find out what's going on here.
