I stand corrected; I just reviewed my own code.  It's:

    //ISPPROF    DD  UNIT=VIO,SPACE=(TRK,(10,0,5)),DSN=&&ISPPROF,

I suppose there are different flavors of nothing, and some nothings
are too nothing for ISPF.
