Netview Access has this type of problem when you suddenly disconnect. This is NOT the fault by Netview Access, but Netviw Access does provide a 'forced' logoff command for such a case. In rare cases you additionaly need to issue C U=<?> from another session or console. In that case TSO reconnect is not possible by design with loss of unsaved things...
