Well, I know nada about iOS. But I really don't know why, if possible, that
Mocha couldn't receive a ^1 keystroke and internal to itself say "Ah! that
means send a PF1 to the host". That's how x3270 works. I have a file with an
alter map which has entries in it like:
x3270.keymap.mine: #override \
<Key>Prior: PA(1)\n \
<Key>Next: PA(2)\n\
<Key>Escape: Attn()\n\
<Key>Return: Newline()\n\
<Key>Control_R: Enter()\n\
<Key>End: EraseEOF()\n\
<Key>Alt_L: Reset()\n
<Key>Prior is the logical name for the PgUp key.
In Hummingbird, there is a dialog box which shows a PC keyboard. You click on
the key, then have another place to select the 3270 keystroke (or character or
function ...) to send to the host.
