IPL is needed after changes in IEFSSNxx (add this statement 'ssnm,CSRBISUB') Look in this book: 'Programming: Batch Local Shared Resources Subsystem Guide', Document Number GC28-1469-00 and then look at 'Chapter 2. Installing Batch LSR' Some RACF and JCL SUBSYS statements are needed too.
