Ken, Yes, using REFRESH to update all of LLA will work, as will in individual library LLA update. PDSMAN allows you to use convenient syntax such as:
F LLA,UPDATE=libraryname directly from the console. Alternately, if you have PDSMAN LLA Auto-Update turned on for the library, the refresh is/was automatically performed when you performed the ALTERDIR.
