That will be an option only if your corporate firewalls permit FTP from z/OS to the cbttape.org ftp server. Many companies have extremely strict and closed firewalls that permit access from z/OS only to known and approved sites for reasons of security and auditability.
In such organizations, getting approvals for new sites can be an arduous process at best.
