How to correct a missing NVR on a VVDS ?

Hello,
I'm getting the following error on DIAGNOSE:
         DIAGNOSE VVDS               -
         INFILE(DIAGNVR)
IDC01379I NO VVDS ENTRY FOR DSCB NAME SES00.DE0AAA.MAY18.T112952

Without using DFDSS physical dump and restore is there another way
of correcting this situation??
