I did. I also refreshed PROGRAM. Same error. Besides, that IMS library is not
anywhere in LPA or linklist. As far as I can see, the usermod that puts it into
ieavtrml does not name a library where it should be loaded from.
Unfortunately, I had not tested ftp before doing my RACF cleanup. All I can say
is that on a vanilla ADCD RACF database ftp works (for other customers). But
that vanilla RACF database has only a very passing resemblance to mine after
cleanup. I am trying to find the definition that broke it, and I assume that it
doesn't have anything to do with that module.
