I did. That is what I meant when I said I refreshed 'PROGRAM'.

yes. How strange of me. Mostly, I want to understand what I did wrong so I
don't do it again. :-(

ISRDDN didn't find it, neither in LPA nor in linklist when I tried it
yesterday. I must be too stupid to use isrddn, though. I went through all LPA
and linklist libraries manually today and eventually found where they had
copied it: ADCD.Z113.LINKLIB. Which obviously is not program controlled. I
wonder why ftp works on this system at all with the original RACF database and
this missing definition.

BNJMTERM does not exist in igc0001c. As I said, we don't even start IMS, it is
just installed this way on the ADCD system.
I will remove that usermod for IMS and re-IPL when I next test bpx.daemon, now
that Mark said it is really not needed anymore.

Thanks for that list. Problem is, BPX.DAEMON was defined with UACC(READ) and
some userids had ALTER, so explicit READ access doesn't do much. Or does it?

Once I finished migration, I'll be retesting with ADCD.z113.linklib also
program-controlled (before I remove the usermod). I do wonder, though, why a
vanilla RACF ADCD installation can run ftp.
