That makes no sense. Try using ISRDDN to see if it is somewhere you
don't expect it. If it is in the table and doesn't exist in LPA/LNKLST you
would be seeing
some nasty abends. BTW, Mr. Clean hasn't been required to be defined
in IEAVTRML since IMS V9 since it uses RESMGR. However, you still need it
or you will orphan CSA (it is just loaded dynamically now). If you
still have BNJMTERM (Netview) in there that can be removed
also (since OS/390 1.2)

Besides fixing up pads, here are some of the permissions on my system
to BPX.DAEMON I see that should apply to your system when you try to add
it back, there are others here that wouldn't apply to a generic system.
