The System Formerly Known As AS/400 is called "IBM i" nowadays - a triumph of bad naming in the Internet era, since it's almost impossible to search on (you get lots of pages saying "when I worked for IBM I used to." and the like). Just as "zSeries", "pSeries", and "xSeries" are dead (since 2005!), the System i folks for some reason decided that "System i" wasn't workable, and must have received a papal dispensation to deviate from the corporate naming scheme. I find it quite baffling. .phsiii ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
