Indeed. In this part of the world the whole business has gone to hell in a 
hand-basket.
It seems the prophesy (for us) become self-defeating; no-one who has a sysprog 
job is game to make noises about moving. Nowhere else to go, so sit tight till 
they are prised out. Hopefully with a package to ease the angst.
