job run?  Must the JCL member contain a password?

How is this preferable to OMVS submit, TSO SUBMIT, ISPF SUBMIT,
IEBGENER INTRDR, or FTP FILETYPE=JES?  (Only) the last two are not
restricted by the archaic FB-80 restriction.  What about disk reader?
