Either way makes sense to me depending on what you are doing.   Maybe
a rename done afterwards.

Anyway, to add to what was already said about using DISP=OLD, 
if you have RMF options set for ENQ(DETAIL), it should show up
in a RMF post processor report.  You may also find it in 
RMF III.
