Who needs a parmlib option as the default s/b yes (or display). I
can't think of a circumstance where it shouldn't, others?

That is an option but shouldn't the issuer of the IDC message tell
who has it .
I have had issue with this over the years and its a hassle to
scramble to figure it out. On the other hand if they used indd and
outdd it really is better as GRS or replacement would be happy to
tell who.
