Thanks for the mention, and while I think it's possible, my own opinion (sorry) is that partitions should be left as historical artifacts. Sooner or later though, I bet someone will add that support to an open-source emulator. Maybe someone here - someone who can work with C code and can understand the partition chapter in the 3270 data stream manual (I could not).

I don't use PCOMM, so I don't actually know if it does or not, but I would be amazed if it did. Anyway, as someone else noted, SPLITV is supported in ISPF only for "3290" types, so the answer to your question would be No. It can't be done.
