I'm sure there are several places that would copy a 6250bpi tape to a different 
medium.  I would think the bigger problem would be whether the tape is even 
readable or if too much of the iron oxide has already fallen on the floor.  :-)

Reading 6250BPI minireels into new formats isn’t as hard as you may think . . . 
 There are places that could do it for you at a reasonable price, and some 
people will do it gratis . . . 😊

 I can neither confirm nor deny (kidding). If I had saved it, it would have 
been a 6250BPI minireel. Good luck reading that 25+ years later! IBM Sterling
