I'm not in that majority, but if getting rid of all things open-source became a mandate, I'd communicate to management what Stuart Holland used to tell me: First shut down things like SSH, anything that uses OpenSSL, USS programs, etc. It would be a mess.

And like someone else here mentioned, there are CBT programs that many people have become to rely on, whether they realize it or not.
