I do understand there is variation by processor/model/OS version (we are z15/T01 and z/OS 2.3), but we need something much simpler than relating to an LSPR/RNI category to allow us to report savings in a reasonably accurate but simplified manner.
I did read the text on and linked-to by that page, but explaining RNI and LSPR categories to executive management is a stretch I'm not sure we can make.
