From: should be what you want. When I look at the mail headers from your
post to which I am responding, I see:
Sender: IBM Mainframe Discussion List <[email protected]>
From: Phil Smith III <[email protected]>
Subject: Re: Don't feed the trolls
To: [email protected]
If I wanted to block you (redirect mail from you to my "Trash" folder) I
would filter on the "From:" field, not on "Sender:".
