Multiply record size by number of records to calculate size.  Divide
by 50,000 for number of tracks, or divide by 800,000 for a firm
estimate to 500,000 for a rough estimate for number of cylinders.  If
you won't need additional space, code RLSE to release unused cylinders
/ tracks.
