Our practice is to keep everything until the SUPing PTF is accepted.  Then both 
PTFs are automatically rejected.

But if your concern is the space consumed, copy the SUPed PTF to tape (just in 
case) and then reject it out of the PTS.  Once you accept the applied PTF, you 
can reject it and scratch the tape.
