So, for a shop about to decommission a system or storage device, we should
scratch all real data volumes,
create a volume full of junk data and
Repeatedly copy junk data from volume to volume
until it runs out of space
then expire the junk?

I did this with ICKDSF TRKFMT to erase dasd volumes..
