I'm also not ok with this but it's Crayford you should be calling out. By
ignoring his insults the first couple of times, I showed far more respect and
restraint to Crayford than he has shown to me. As long as Crayford is
respectful, the problem does not exist nor would it have arose in the first
place.
I must say that things are much better after Mr. Johnson.
