Gainsville is a nice college town. Ocala isn't too far away and Tampa is within easy driving distance.

The salary offered, US$75K-US$85K, is interesting too.

With adjustment for the differences in the cost of living between
CA|NY and FL it is at least $30K below the market.  The whole writeup
